What is with that?

What is with the heaters blowing on your head as you walk out of Walmart...I mean really.

Who said to themselves "I know what will make our customers happy...Let's heat their heads up as they walk out of the building into the freezing cold."

Maybe it's a ploy to increase sales of cold medicine because that is what I am going to get from the stupid thing.
